Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 stalk broccoli
2 carrots
4 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 4 - 6 hours
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Celtic, Himalayan, or pink sea salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
