1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
- Wash beets well.
- Use mandoline to slice beets into approximately 1/4 inch thick slices.
- Add beets and all other ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix and make sure beets are well coated with seasonings.
- Marinate for at least 1 hr.
- Place vegetable slices in a single layer on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray.
- Dry at 125 degrees F for approximately 10 hours or until all beet slices become crisp chips.
