SPRING’S RENEWAL

ONE BITE AT A TIME

Spring is upon us! The season of so much possibility is ready to be born! Oh wait, I was born in the spring-- that’s what I meant to say. I recently returned from a solo working retreat away, something that I needed more than I consciously realized. While away, I was thinking about how  I haven't written about food specifically in a very long time. Not because it doesn't matter (of course it matters), but because there's so much else that also goes into holistic wellness which I love sharing about as you may know. And while many people come in thinking they want to talk about food, it ends up spilling into so much else in their lives that deserves ample attention.

Often as time goes on, we have to learn/relearn how to feed ourselves because it can (and usually does) change as we change. It can be really confusing (or feel overwhelming).

There's so much circulating information around us all the time about it! What our neighbors/friends/family/social media influencers, marketing and trends are doing is always in the background, chirping away. It's kind of crazy knowing what (or even when) to eat these days actually, unless of course you’re trying to eat an elephant, in which case I'd say-- eat it one bite at a time. Also: please don’t eat elephants. Thank you.

But seriously, any big issue, you do it one bite at a time, one bit at a time, one day at a time. And the question is, in terms of food, what is it that you really want for yourself? What are you really trying to learn? You want better energy, less brain fog, better mood, less cravings and inflammation, better sleep? You think you want to “tone up and lose weight”, balanced blood sugar, what is it? And what is what I call your “deep why”? Why would having any of those things be important to you? I would love to know, and it’s important that YOU know also!

And then we can break it down from there. After years of studying every angle of nutrition and holistic wellness-- mind, body, spirit---dedicating my life to this, I've learned more than I can ever really share. Sometimes I really have to take breaks from it all because there's constantly new information evolving and yet coming back to the basics is always an important place to check-in for everyone.

I’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! 💫

Now, there's many ways to skin that cat (also please don’t skin cats). Many different styles (no I am not a vegan I just don’t think we should skin cats). I'm happy to share all of them or any of them with you, any time. Maybe you need to have a chat and discover what your next best step is for feeling better, whether it's food related or not. What's going on with your sleep?Your hormones? What’s on your mind? I invite you to please email and let me know!

I’m in the midst of another certification so a lot of this is very fresh on my mind. Brain health, longevity, hormonal balance, quantum healing--- to name a few-- and so much more! Roar!

DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know: Bee watching is a secretly miraculous meditation. As bees dance from flower to flower, absorbing the sun and distributing the pollen along the way, they emit a healing frequency that reverses disease and promotes soul and emotional restoration. Our brain may not comprehend this, but our cells do. This is believed to be the reason why beekeepers have one of the longest life expectancy out of all professions.

**Einstein knew that the medicine of the future would be the medicine of frequencies-- the bee’s have always known!

My backyard Brooklyn beekeeping experience thanks to my friend Tracy.
